Romac is equipped with the necessary measuring instruments to accurately verify the dimensions of everything we manufacture, including a Gantry CMM capable of measuring up to 200”x100”x60” to a tolerance of 0.0004”.
Quality Feedback Loop into Manufacturing
Our quality department works hand in hand with our manufacturing team to provide a closed in-house feedback loop between the expected precision versus the actual results. This process has been refined over more than 20 years, allowing us to continually dial in our precise manufacturing capabilities. Our processes achieve the necessary results and our CMM proves it. We are also capable of supporting your quality assurance needs including but not limited to PPAP activities.
